Scope

As Lead Designer at WolfPack Technologies, I led clients through end-to-end product design in a highly regulated industry, from initial concept through production-ready files. My role combined creative direction with compliance rigor: translating brand vision into designs that met strict regulatory requirements while still standing out competitively. I worked with dozens of clients, managing the full arc from discovery to manufacturing handoff.

Process

Every engagement started with discovery: identifying client goals, brand values, and product requirements, including the compliance constraints specific to the industry. From there, I moved into concept development, presenting design directions that balanced creativity, functionality, and regulatory requirements.

Once a direction was approved, I produced detailed technical files (dielines and print-ready production art) in Illustrator and InDesign. I coordinated directly with manufacturers throughout production, managing prototype reviews, color accuracy, and quality control to make sure the final product matched what was approved.

This end-to-end ownership, from client discovery through production oversight, meant I was accountable for both the design and its real-world execution, not just the concept.

The result was a repeatable, compliant design process that clients could trust for every new product, and a track record of translating creative concepts into physical products that met both brand and regulatory standards.
